I’m convinced the shipping process is actually quite simple. When you order something, I send it to you. It needs to get there fast and safe. The following policies give us both equal protections. A good deal is one that’s good for everybody or it isn’t good for anybody!
Free Worldwide Shipping: Orders over $60 receive free shipping worldwide, up to three pounds. If you need to place an order below $60 or over three pounds, rest assured you’ll get awesome shipping rates!
Some items at The Magic Depot are large and must ship by dimensional weight. These items are clearly marked within their product descriptions and do not qualify for free shipping. Bulk and wholesale orders do not qualify for free shipping, unless negotiated otherwise.
Notice! Packages that weigh three pounds or more may require fees not included in our free shipping offer. Items shipped uninsured may not be returned if damaged!
When We Ship: Instock merchandise ships the same day you place an order, providing we have payment confirmation before 2 pm (Central time) Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Most orders ship within 2-3 days. Some bulky items and illusions may require special packing; please allow an extra 24 hours to process those orders. If we get busy, your order may ship the next business day. We do not guarantee shipping or delivery times.
Delivery Times: During the checkout process, you have a choice of delivery times. Most domestic orders are delivered within 10 business days. Priority service is available for a small fee. International customers may choose an expedited means or free shipping. Expedited takes 4-10 days to reach most destinations.
Faster Shipping: Expedited shipping rates are estimated at checkout for your convenience. If your package costs more than the price displayed, we'll contact your with the difference, minus what we agree to pay on your behalf. Should your order be placed after the cut-off time, it will be dispatched the next business day under the terms of expedited service. We can have available items that are out of stock dropshipped by our vendors!
Canadian Orders: Previously, Canadian customers were considered International and had to pay higher shipping than customers within the continental United States. Now, Canadian ground orders are viewed as Domestic at The Magic Depot. Expedited packages are still International.
Refunds & Returns: If you are unhappy with a returnable item for any reason, please return it within thirty days from the shipped date for an exchange or credit of the purchase price less shipping, tax, and restocking fee (if applicable).

We do not refund shipping charges, tax, customs charges, instant downloads, used, free or custom merchandise. Merchandise should be in its original packaging and in sellable condition. Backorders: You will be notified if an item has suddenly become out of stock or discontinued; the balance of your order will ship immediately in most cases. You may cancel a backorder at any time!
Where We Ship: The Magic Depot has a global cast of customers, but we do not ship to every country. We do not ship to any location that has a 60% or higher fraud rate. We only ship to the locations listed on our “Create Account” page. If your country isn’t listed in the drop-down box, we cannot ship you any magic!
Packaging: Packaging magic is an art form! It’s also boxes, tape, newspaper, and foam. If we can save you money by removing excess packaging from an item, we will. For instance, we may breakdown a bulky box or compress sponge balls.
Types of Service: Our primary couriers are UPS and The United States Post Office, depending on which is best for a specific order. But we do business with all couriers.
Gifts: Use the comment box during the order process to make special requests for gifts. We are not required to include a packing slip on domestic orders, but must for international orders. For your convenience, packing slips do not include prices.
International Orders: All customs duties and country taxes are your responsibility. If you require a package specially marked, please notify us in the comment box at the time you place the order. International orders may be held while we determine payment authenticity.
Definitions: A check or money order is not confirmed until it clears the bank. We cannot send single orders to multiple addresses. Your order may be drop-shipped by our vendors. Domestic orders are those placed within the United States or Canada. All other locations are considered international. Orders are shipped in a single parcel unless we decide otherwise.
