Do I have to create an account to order?
Yes, but it only takes about two minutes.
What if I don't want to pay online?
You can still order online, just select Check or Money Order or Credit Card over the phone as your payment type during checkout. Then mail me your payment or call me with your credit card information. Alternatively, you can place your credit card on file, saving you from having to enter it with each order. All personal information is stored under lock and key.

I have a store credit, how is it applied to my order?
Store credits are deducted automatically from your next online purchase!
I haven't received order update emails!
Please check you spam filter, as the web site sends order updates automatically. If you add our domain to your address book, emails will have a better chance for delivery.
When will you ship my order?
Please allow up to three days to process your order while merchandise is collected to one facility. Next Day Air packages ship same day, providing we have payment confirmation before 4 pm (Central Time) Monday through Friday. We do not guarantee standard shipping or delivery times. If your order is placed after the cut-off time, even if you choose an expedited shipping method, it will be sent the next business day.
When will my order arrive?
During the checkout process, you have a choice of delivery times. Most domestic orders are delivered within 10 business days. Priority service is available for a small fee. International customers may choose an expedited means or free shipping. Expedited takes 4-10 days to reach most destinations, please allow 4-8 weeks for surface mail.
How long do you wait for a check or money order to clear?
Money Orders are cleared the moment I get them, but I allow 24hrs for checks to clear before sending your order.

May I visit The Magic Depot or pick up my order locally?
Yes! E-mail or call if you want to pick up your order. You may have purchased items not available in the store and we'll have to get them from our warehouse. You may reserve items on our web site by purchasing online, then choosing "Local Pickup" as the shipping option.
Need additional help shopping our site? Ten easy steps...
Step 1: Shop the site, either by using our UltraFast Search engine or browse by category.
Step 2: If you see something you want, click "Add To Card" or "Buy Now."
Step 3: When you're finished, register for an account and login. Your shopping cart contents will follow you through the process.
Step 4: If you decide not to purchase right then, no worry, the site remembers what's in your shopping cart. When you come back to the site, login, and your cart will show up on the right.
Step 5: Ready to checkout? Just click on the "Checkout?" link at the top of the page.
Step 6: Make sure your address is correct and choose the appropriate shipping option.
Step 7: Give any special requests in the comments box. We actually read those and it is store policy to review them before shipment.

Step 9: Review your order and confirm!
Step 10: Check your e-mail. We send confirmation mails when you place the order, when your order is being processed, and a final notice informing you the order has shipped.
